What can you do if someone takes private pictures and put them on the internet?

In NY , Depending on what you mean by Private Pictures! if they are taken without your knowledge or consent ect. you may very well have a case. but if you posed for them and you allowed the photographer to keep them, and they happen post them on the web your S.O.L. as they are'nt your personal property .and the taker can do what he pleases as long as your not a minor.
