Based on what you said, yes you could be pregnant. I am not sure if you can do a pregnancy test yet because I am not certain of the possible conception date. Below I'll leave some information which I hope may of been some help to you.
- Implantation bleeding occurs 6-12 days after unprotected sex and can be spotting of blood, light period, streak of blood on tissue paper or bloodied coloured vaginal discharge. Implantation bleeding usually lasts for any time around a few hours to 2-3 days. Heavy bleeding is not implantation bleeding. You can not do a pregnancy test around this time because it will be inaccurate.
- It takes up to 3-4 days for sperm to reach the egg and a further 6 days to fertilise a egg.
- Once implantation bleeding occurs, the fertilised Embryo begins releasing HCG. Testing at this time will be inaccurate and inconclusive because there will not be enough HCG in your urine to get a positive.
- You can do a pregnancy test 2 weeks after implantation bleeding.
