Who invented the bowl?

The dog bowl was invented in prehistoric times. It was developed by Oogar who made it by dishing out a big rock with a harder rock. He'd gotten sick of his pet dog Rover (probably a coyote) pushing meat all over the cave floor with his muzzle (snout). Oogar and Rover were the first to enjoy the benefits of a dog bowl.

And how do we know this 'Oogar' thing? I think someone a long time ago needed to feed his pet and gave the pet a bowl- the dog bowl is born.
