Well yes, and no. But why would you want to do that?
If you're having some nightmares about stuff and just don't want to remember it, don't stop dreaming, search up on google lucid dreaming against nightmares, or just how to stop nightmares.
Well the only way i could think of is sleeping through the entire night, dreams are erase by the brain as the night goes on, but this stops dreams, not vividness. But this won't always work, you may still have dreams. People dream and you can't do anything about it, sorry.
