In Subnautica, you can obtain fiber mesh by using a Fabricator. To craft fiber mesh, you need to collect the Creepvine samples, which can be harvested from Creepvine plants found in the Kelp Forest biome. Once you have at least two Creepvine samples, access the Fabricator and select the fiber mesh recipe to create it.
