First, contact social or youth services in your city or similar services through your church or other organizations or through his school. You need someone to help you, and you need help feeling safe in your own home, and there are lots of people out there who will help you. Perhaps another relative--and aunt or uncle--could help as well.

Tough love:

If he hits you or threatens you at all, call 911 and have him arrested.

If he gets in trouble and gets arrested, don't bail him out but let the legal system take its course.

In the mean time, make sure that your credit cards and bank account information is secure so he can't steal anything from you (or sell your identity).
