Haiti..........Haiti isn't that much worse off now than they were before the earthquake.
With the exception of course of the death and injuries caused by the quake. My point is they all lived in cardboard make shift tents and housing before the earthquake. 95% of all Haitians had nothing to begin with, so they didn't lose much of anything with monetary value. That is the main thing that is hindering relief efforts, all this money is pouring in, but they needed this money before the quake. Unlike New Orleans and Mississippi, Haiti has no infrastructure to rebuild.
