How often do i need to change the timing belt in my 2006 Subaru impreza?

Subaru says 105,000 miles. Far be it for me to contradict the engineers, that sounds like a lot, it's the most I have ever heard of. And it IS an interference engine. If it breaks, the valves will collide with pistons= blown engine
