To beat bass you must have 500hp or more because he is tough if you have these chips meteors R,attack+30*,uninstall R to create a P.A SunMoon.Use Areagrab until bass has one panel left then use SunMoon three squares away from him he will suffer great damage.If he isn't dead use Erasecross or Heatcross to take him down.
