How do you walk on walls in real life?

proof you can walk through walls is that a glass hit makes a tink noise it vibrates so fast that it stops if your voice is the same as that sound frequency for a while it vibrates to no point so what if there was an extra frequency or substace to keep it stable enough to spread atoms from each other and then retract it for it to go to normal
