How many people cheat?

More than you realize. I think we all have an innate ability to cheat when something isn't fulfilling at all in our lives, but I do know that people who don't cheat knows how hurtful it is. I think cheating is a form of subtle betrayal that they are actually calling for help or feeling completely lost when they need to hang on to. Unfortunately, we are human. I hope that each individual will learn from it and try harder to not ever cheat. Honesty saves everything, every single thing. Follow honesty and cheating will never happen again. It takes a lot of gut and change to be a better person and it's up to you.
