Are the females responsible for social evils in the society?

First off the question should read "Are females responsible for social evils in society?" Because "the females" insinuates you are talking about a certain group of females and the same goes for "the society." However misconstrued this question is grammatically the answer is no. Any "social evils" a female can inflict on a society a male can too. As a male I've seen it all done before on both side of the field.
