Who is the first Tirthankara of jainism religion?

The concept of guru is not present in Buddhism. In his early years Siddhartha Gautama was trained i the "princely arts" by hired teachers but joined wandering ascetics and mendicant monks (such as Alara Kalama, Udaka Ramaputta,and Kaundinya) once he went into the world.
