What will you do when your tooth filling fell out yesterday?

If my tooth filling fell out, I would first rinse my mouth gently with warm water to keep the area clean. Then, I would avoid chewing on that side and take over-the-counter pain relief if needed. It's important to schedule an appointment with my dentist as soon as possible to have the filling replaced and prevent further damage to the tooth. In the meantime, I might use dental wax or temporary filling material if available for comfort.
