Can you get rid of secondhand marijuana smoke by drinking a gallon of water?

Marijuana has not been proven to have shown up on a drug test from a second-hand smoke inhaler, unless you count a shot-gun as second hand smoke. Drinking a gallon of water will however, get the marijuana metabolites out of your system faster, and can improve drug testing negativites, because it dilutes the urine to almost all water.
