How many people get small pocks each year?

I don't know but you usually get it very easy at beaches,costs,islands,very populated areas, and very rarely on land. not to mension coral reafs. they used to be everywhere but then dissipeared in the sea. later it had returned on land when someone got it the next day after being on plane crossing the sea. but other than that not many people. later it might disappear in the sea for another 1000 years before showing up.
