How has your workload changed during this appraisal period?

During this appraisal period, my workload has increased significantly due to the addition of new projects and responsibilities. I've taken on more collaborative tasks, which has required better time management and prioritization skills. Additionally, I've been involved in training new team members, which has added to my overall workload but has also been rewarding. Overall, this change has enhanced my ability to multitask and adapt to varying demands.
