No. The Sun can only be in one sign at a given time. Those born on a "cusp", roughly about 29° - 0° of a given zodiac sign depending on the astrologer, may have traits of both the preceding (when at 0°) or following (when at 29°) zodiac sign. However the Sun will only occupy one sign.
