Banana split cake recipe

If you want more of an ice cream shop result, get a 'banana boat' dish, or another dish similar to that. Cut a banana in half, length-wise and put the lengths in the dish, cut side up. Typically, there will be 3 scoops of ice cream, set along the length of the split banana. In an ice cream shop, you usually get to choose flavors, and it's fun to choose 3 different flavors. But what's fun for you is what you do. At this point, you can drizzle on some chocolate syrup or another favorite flavor, nuts, sprinkles-- anything you like. Top it with whipped cream, garnish with a cherry or anything else that you like, and then enjoy.
