Absoultely not and whoever told you this is an idiot. The only way to prevent pregnancy 100% is to abstain from sex. If you choose to be sexually active then your safest approach would be to use Birth Control and a condom. I really wish people would stop spreading rumors like this. That is part of the reason that teen pregnancy is out of control.
