How do you get across the sea in Pokemon?

You must receive the National pokedex before you gain access.

You will also only be able to access the boat during the evenings which vary depending on the season.

Spring: 17:00-19:59

Summer: 19:00-20:59

Fall: 17:00-19:59

Winter: 16:00-18:59
