Can lodestone react to vinegar

Lodestone, a naturally magnetized mineral form of magnetite, is primarily composed of iron oxide. When exposed to vinegar, which is acidic, it may undergo a very slow reaction due to the presence of iron; however, it is not likely to react significantly or produce noticeable effects.
