What is the torq specs for mounting stock to the barrel for a 700 adl Remington rifle?

I just mounted a model 700 barrel and action to a h&s precision stock and there recommendation was 63 in lbs. It may vary if your stock is wood or after market composite.I have seen recommendations for anywhere from 36 in lbs up to 63.
