Why did Ryan get arrested in The Office?

Fraud. Misleading the shareholders. His "baby" Dunder Mifflin Infinity wasn't evolving and stream-lining the company as he predicted/promised so he had the sales team re-enter sales they made as sales by the website, doubling the sales figures. His arrest was posted on YouTube and watched by the office workers. Season 4, episode "Goodbye, Toby"
