How do you hook up a web-cam to a computer?

In most cases, the webcam will plug into a USB port. if you have a laptop, the USB port will be on the side of the base of the laptop. If you have a desktop computer, the USB port will be in the actual computer (the big box that goes on the ground, and you put CD-ROMs in.) there will usually be USB ports in front, and in back of it.
