Where does the name paylor come from?

It came from either French or British origin. It was used to describe someone who made buckets or pale's. It sort of like how Taylor was used to describe someone who was a tailor. It is most commonly a last name but in The Hunger Games series it was used as a first name for one of the characters in Mockingjay
