How cats are being mistreated?

i think dogs are treated badly because some stupid bike riders ,teenagers and ill manered people kick dogs while they are peacefully walking or teenagers throw dogs from bridges and ect

i am totally againts this .the people who do this are shameless

please try to hel dogs or else ven dogs will get extinct
