Naruto mini battle how to transfourm?

ya crazy in naruto mini battle you can't transform

Actually rock lee transforms when you charge up and do special combos, but only for a second

Sasuke transforms when you do a full jutsu chidori, but only for a second too

I think Naruto transforms when you charge up, but that's just about it.
