there is no mean of measuring the size of the business in any form even by

1.capital employed or generated-- because even small firms can make more profit than big firms.

2.number of brunches--even some footloose businesses have a lot of branches.

3.number of employees--some businesses are capital intensive businesses and they use machinery instead of human labour.

4.the amount of export-since small company's can even export a lot than bigger company's and large M N C's.
