Most people do not know what they are actually eating.

This does not only cover fast food alone.

Part of this problem is that we are a type of species that have flock behaviour deeply integrated. We see some people eating and this trigger us to want to eat too.

We see some people eat fast food and so do we want to eat fast food as well.

Most people even fight this fact by saying that they don't act like that. Five minutes later they walk out of class room or a bus or similar, see a person with a hamburger or similar, they think that they might be hungry, and goes to get what they saw that triggered this feeling, either a picture or a live person eating.

People today are far too much influenced by commercials. People today actually trust commercials to be true. Some people even read a fact sheet regarding Mc Donald Hamburgers and decides that this is healthy food, then they go over to the counter and order a little hamburger with a humongous load of french fries.

To many people today are both ignorant and careless as well as lacking knowledge of what they actually eat. Many people even claim that they know why fast food is not good for you. When you ask them why fast food is bad for you they actually do not know anything except that people say it is bad and that's why.

For the most.

The general public could not care less about what they eat. If they changed into healthier eating habits, this would at hand possibly cost more money and give less free time, more dishes and with that at hand more work.
