Who makes sears gas grills?

It is not Kenmore! It is a company called Nexgrill Industries. They make grills for many different names, including Charmglow, Jennair, Kenmore, Perfect Flame, Kirkland Signature, and the list goes on! They have a base in CA, but ship their grills to the US from China.
