Can you re pierce an industrial?

It depends on how thick the scar tissue is. If it's to thick then the pressure could shatter your cart ledge the piercer will know so you don't have to worry about that. If the scar tissue is piercable it will still cause a little resistance so it will be more painful than the time before.

I know this from experience since I have redone mine.
