How do you get your hair pin straight?

ok so heres what you can do,

when your straightening your hair, as opposed to taking the flat iron and going just straight down you wanna pull the hair all the way out and when your near the end of your hair pull outwards, then u should get PIN straight hair instead of having that little bevel at the end.
