First, you go to the biggest party store in Mesa, and ask if they can get it from their distributor. If they can, offer to buy so much of it a week, week in and week out - this may help sway the decision in your favor (I speak form experience!)

If no dice there, go online and try ordering it from Vernor's in Detroit. Good luck. But as an aside, if you are under 60 years old, you may really like Vernor's, but you don't really know what it used to taste like. The original Vernor's would peel paint off a wall - it was fabulous!
