No, other than humans, no animals have been sent to the moon.

UPDATE: The first person's answer is WRONG. Sadly, several have been to the moon. The majority died, either from being suffocated, while in space, or on their way back. Fortunately, at least humans had the dignity to anesthetize them first, but like I said, the poor things never had a chance. Human astronauts, of course, are glad that it was the monkeys, not themselves, who died for the sake of space exploration. That said, there were finally a pair of monkeys who successfully survived the entire trip and were recovered. This was in May of 1959. Their names were Miss Baker and Able.
