Breast size has nothing at all to do with milk production (lactation). Small breasted women have no problem with producing perfectly adequate quantities of milk to easily nourish a baby, or more than one baby. The breasts will enlarge after delivery, but this won't last. In a week, or a few weeks, they'll go back to their normal size, but milk supply will be unaffected and then the good news is you won't need a bra unless you're uncomfortable without one. Be happy you have small breasts: at least they won't be heading for your navel as you grow older!
