• DWI. with Child Passenger under 15yoa $10,000 180-2 years confinement suspension depends upon 1, 2, 3, offenses
• Intoxication Manslaughter $10,000 and 2-20 years penitentiary 180-2 years suspension
• Intoxication assault, $10,000 2-10 years confinement or penitentiary and 90 days - 2years suspension of license.
