Boy's bodies have a penis and testicles. The testicles produce sperm. Girl's bodies have a vagina, uterus, and a supply of eggs in the ovaries. When the sperm joins with the egg, it makes a baby. If boy's and girl's bodies were the same, we wouldn't be able to have babies the way we do.
