How did Gabriel Iglesias get named Picachu?

He used to role play with his wife while getting intimate, and as a joke they decided to role play the Pokemon series. His wife dressed up as Ash, and he dressed up as Picachu. However, they decided that they actually very much enjoyed the specific role play and so she started calling him Picachu as a tease while in public. Eventually his friends heard it enough to start calling him the nick name as well, and soon most of his friends were using Picachu in place of Gabriel.
