yes you can. if you go to the doctors and ask them if it is possible to go on the pill and give them the reasons as to why you want to do this, you can.

your doctor cannot tell your parents as it is patient confidentiality. even if you are under the age of 16 you can still do this and your parents cant say anything about it.
