Drink an average of 4-6 cups of green tea per day (iced or hot).
AVOID eating cereals, breads, pasta, cheese, milk, sugar, etc. Try to stick to fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, and turkey for about two weeks. I'm telling you, you will be amazed at how much weight you'll lose!
Stick to fruits and vegetables every day (avoid bananas, avocados, Prunes, and raisins though) and alternate fish, chicken, and turkey every day. Also, eat a bowl of brown rice every other night for dinner.
But, most importantly, drink 4-6 cups of green tea per day.
