Which types of STD's can be treated with antibiotics?

Bacterial and parasitic infections can be cured with an antibiotic. These include chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, NGU, and trichomoniasis. Viral STDs cannot be managed with antivirals, but not cured with antibiotics. The viral STDs include hepatitis, molluscum, HPV, HIV and herpes.
