Why is there hair on faces?

There is hair all over your body. Or more realistically, fur. Hair grows and grows, it never stops. Fur, on the other hand, like the 'fur' on your arms, face, stomach, everywhere, grows to a certain point and stops. There is a tiny amount of fur all over your body. It has many uses, like keeping you warm, a warning sign, and protecting your skin.
