If you have AOL on your Windows computer use the mouse slide it over the AOL icon press down on the right button. When AOL Check-Up appears go near the bottom left-hand side and you will see "One-Click Fixes". press the left button you will see many sheets(choices). Pick the one that says 'internet' press the left button and look at the choices "Enable Cookies" is the one you need. Go to the button on the line 'fix it' and press left button. a small box will show up at the bottom right of the screen press 'OK', wait 5-10 sec. and your done.
If you're on Firefox, click Tools--> Clear Private Data on your menu bar, and make sure "cookies" is checked. If you're on Internet Explorer go to Tools-->Internet Options on the menu. After that, there's going to be a section under the General tab labeled Browsing History. Just click delete and it'll bring up a section in which you can select cookies for deletion. I believe that's a newer set-up as far as IE is concerned, though, I think it had a different method a version or two ago.
