Is there any schools that teach you how to fly both fighter jets and commercial airlines if so is there a special rating?

No flying schools teach flying fighter jets. You will have to be in an air force to do that. - You also have to be VERY good. I once worked in a Royal Air Force basic Jet Flying school and the pilot trainee washout rate was phenomenal ! -Only about 5 % of original applicants passed out as jet pilots.
