Is tasty cake going out of business?

No. Early last year (2011), they were bought by a company in Georgia, but they're still functioning at their location on the former Philadelphia Naval Base. As far as I've been able to determine, they seem to be doing OK and plan to remain there, which would be great so far as I'm concerned. They are way better than Twinkies or the like.
