What is the value of a penny with these words on it Grant Takes Richmond?

What's the rest of the design? If it's just cent-SIZED, it's a token or medal rather than a coin. If it's a regular cent with those Words on it, it's a novelty piece made outside of the Mint by stamping the Words on a normal coin. As such it's considered to be altered and has no numismatic value, I'm afraid.
