What is a 7 and 7 drink and how is it made?

A 7 and 7 drink is a cocktail made with Seagram's 7 Crown whiskey and 7 Up soda. To make it, simply fill a glass with ice, pour in 1.5 ounces of Seagram's 7 Crown whiskey, and top it off with 7 Up soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wedge if desired.
