What is the value of Remington pump shotgun 12 gauge model 31?

Anywhere from $300 to $2000, depending on EXACT model- the 31 came in a LOT of variations- and as always, the condition of the shotgun. This would really need a "hands-on" assessment by someone that knows Remingtons.
