Why might you smell petrol driving a citroen xsara Picasso?

Fuel leak?

Bad charcoal canister?

Running rich?

Dose it happen when you drive with the window open if it dose it is the seal on the tank needs replacing as ive got that on my citreon at the mo worse when the summer comes
